Michael Wytychak, III

Founding Member

Before opening his law practice, Mike worked as a coordinator for senior transportation through the YMCA in Spokane, a paralegal for Spokane Legal Aid, and Ombudsman for the Elderly in North Idaho.  Mike attended Gonzaga University School of Law and began practicing law in 1987, and founded Wytychak Elder Law shortly thereafter.  In 1996, Mike became a Certified Elder Law Attorney with the National Elder Law Foundation.  During his time in practice, Mike was a frequent speaker on elder law topics and served as counsel for the Kootenai County Board of Community Guardians.  In 2015, Mike became semi-retired and sold the practice to his long-time associate Katherine Coyle.
