Rebecca Eyman was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Pomona College in Claremont, California in 2004. In 2012, Rebecca graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law. During law school, Rebecca served as a Senior Staff Member on the Law Review and achieved membership in the McAuliffe Law Honor Society for distinguished academic achievement. Additionally, she worked as an extern for the Honorable William Alsup of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

Rebecca was admitted to practice law in 2012.  During her legal career, Rebecca represented clients in all stages of family law, trust, and business litigation, before focusing her practice on Elder Law.  Since joining Coyle & Wytychak in 2017, Rebecca has particularly especially enjoyed working with families to achieve their estate planning goals by creating wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.  Her practice areas also include guardianships and conservatorships, probates, and Medicaid/long term care planning.

Rebecca’s interests include working out at the barre, binging Netflix, attending musical theater productions, and spending time with her husband, Dan, and her son, Ansel.
